Volunteering at St. Theresa's

Parent Volunteer Participation is invaluable to the success of our school. As a faith and service-based school, we strongly feel we must lead by example for our children.

Parent Volunteering also brings us together in and out of the classroom. It provides a fun way to improve our skills and to meet other parents.

Every year, each two-parent household is required to volunteer a minimum of 35 hours. Each single parent household is required to volunteer a minimum of 15 hours.

In addition, each household is required to sign up for:

  • Traffic Duty—3 shifts per CHILD (If you have not yet signed up for traffic duty please do so here: http://signup.com/go/rafqgGB)
  • Event Center Duty—3 shifts per HOUSEHOLD
  • Auction—5 Hours per HOUSEHOLD

(All hours recorded for Traffic Duty, Event Center Duty and Auction contribute to the 35-hour requirement.)

Please consider the opportunities below, in light of your skills or interests. You’ll have the chance to volunteer at multiple times throughout the school year.

Fill Out Your Volunteering Time Sheet

You must submit your hours in a Time Sheet for them to be counted. To ensure accuracy and to better capture hours that do not correspond to a live event, we are no longer relying on Signup.com to automatically capture volunteer hours.

Please log all hours, including traffic duty, event center duty, and any other volunteering hours. Click the link below to access the easy-to-use submission form. You will receive a confirmation email for each submission, and you may make changes to previous submissions through the confirmation email.
